3. Ordering and Access to Services

Orders

All purchases are made directly on the platform. The user selects a credit package and completes the payment using the available methods.

Access to Services

Once payment is confirmed, credits are automatically added to the user's account. Access to services is granted immediately, subject to platform availability.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing

Prices are displayed in euros, exclusive of taxes (VAT not included). Chrono SEO reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting past purchases.

Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely via certified payment gateways.

No Refunds

All purchases are final. No refund will be issued under any circumstance (including order errors, service malfunction, or dissatisfaction). The user explicitly waives any right of withdrawal, including in non-professional contexts.

5. User Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for any use of the content generated via Chrono SEO. It is their duty to ensure compliance with applicable laws and to verify the content before publication.

Data and Settings

The user agrees to provide accurate and relevant information when configuring the service (keywords, instructions, languages, etc.). Chrono SEO shall not be held liable for poor results caused by incorrect input.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Generated Content

Content is automatically generated based on user inputs. Chrono SEO makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, originality, or relevance of the generated materials. Users are responsible for reviewing and editing the content.

No Guarantee

The platform is provided "as is" with no guarantees of performance, availability, or suitability for a particular purpose. Chrono SEO cannot be held liable for potential inaccuracies or service interruptions.

Liability

Users agree to use the platform at their own risk. Chrono SEO disclaims all responsibility for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of its services or content, including loss of revenue, visibility, or data.

7. Intellectual Property

Termination by the User

Users may stop using the service at any time. Unused credits remain accessible (within their validity period, if applicable), but no reimbursement will be provided.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the competent courts in the jurisdiction of Chrono SEO’s headquarters will have exclusive authority.

11. Final Provisions

Using Chrono SEO’s services implies full acceptance of these terms. Any changes to the T&Cs will be posted on the website and will apply only to future orders.
