Explicit exclusion of sensitive data: the application does not collect or process sensitive information such as customer/user data, orders, payment data, postal addresses, or any other personal data not required for SEO functionality. There is no bulk extraction of your site’s data: operations are triggered on demand and limited to the scope you initiate.

5. Purposes of collection

The personal data collected is used to:

  • Respond to your requests via contact forms;
  • Ensure the website’s technical operation;
  • Measure traffic and improve user experience;
  • Prevent fraudulent activity or intrusion attempts;
  • Enable Chrono SEO’s SEO features (content generation, meta tag optimization, internal linking, social media publishing) strictly within the scope of content you select.

6. Statistics collected by Chrono SEO (limited scope)

To power the dashboard on our website and help you visualize the impact of Chrono SEO on your site, the module/plugin collects only metrics strictly limited to content created or linked by Chrono SEO.

When you use the application, statistics track exclusively:

  • the performance of articles created by Chrono SEO;
  • clicks and performance of internal links inserted by Chrono SEO;
  • inbound traffic generated by social posts and articles created via Chrono SEO.

Anonymization details:

  • Articles created via Chrono SEO: 100 % anonymous metrics; we record no information that identifies a visitor. Only reading time and traffic source (search engine, social network, or internal navigation) are captured.
  • Internal links inserted by Chrono SEO: 100 % anonymous metrics; measurement is limited to the target URL and timestamp.
  • Visits generated by social posts via Chrono SEO: 100 % anonymous metrics; we record aggregated visit counts and traffic source attribution.

No tracking is performed outside this scope; there is no cross-site tracking, no device fingerprinting, and no collection of personal data. Reports are available in French and English.

7. Legal basis for processing

The processing of your personal data is based on the following legal grounds:

  • Your consent (for forms or non-essential cookies);
  • Our legitimate interest in securing and improving the website and the application’s features;
  • Compliance with our legal obligations.

8. Data recipients
